Call for Special Tracks
The CP 2024 conference would like to extend its scope while still staying true to its fundamentals through the encouragement of some special tracks. As is traditional, an "Application" track has already been planned, and we would like to make a call for proposals for additional special tracks at the conference. Of course, any proposals should have a strong connection to constraint programming.
On top of the application track, we anticipate incorporating 2-4 additional special tracks depending on interest and quality. Proposers of accepted special tracks will be expected to take on a sub-chair role, involving organizing a sub-program committee of reviewers specialized in the particular domain, participating in the senior program committee, and overseeing the review process for the special track submissions.
From the authors' point of view, special track papers will be treated identically to papers submitted to the main technical track, both during the review process and during the conference itself.
