Disclaimer: administration staff will not be available to provide technical support from the 1st to the 25th of August due to holidays period.

Registration is open! Early registration ends on July 14th July 17th. Late registration ends on August 22nd (there will not be on-site registration).

Workshop registration includes all workshops but ConfWS 2024, which requires a separate registration. For more details and to register, visit the registration page.

* We recommend all participants to book accommodation well beforehand. Girona is a very popular city among tourists and cyclists and can get particularly busy during the warmer months.

Financial Support

We are happy to provide free registration and accommodation for selected students of the doctoral program (DP).

Similarly, early-career researchers from historically underrepresented groups can apply for free registration. A small amount of travel funding could be offered for DEI Scholarship recipients who would otherwise be unable to attend the conference. More information here.
